Notice of clarification- Extension of tender submission deadline

Contracting Authority: Western Balkans Six Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF)
The Western Balkans Six Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF) hereby informs all interested tenderers that the deadline for submission of tenders under the above-mentioned procurement procedure has been extended.
The tender was published on 9 October 2026, with a submission period of 30 calendar days, resulting in a calculated deadline of Sunday, 8 November 2026.
Taking into consideration Article 3(4) of Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom) No 1182/71 concerning the rules applicable to periods, dates and time limits, the Contracting Authority has decided to extend the submission deadline to the next working day.
The revised deadline for submission of tenders is:
Monday, 9 November 2026, at 16:00 CET (local time in Italy and Kosovo).
All tenders received by the Contracting Authority on or before the revised deadline shall be considered submitted within the prescribed time limit and shall be processed in accordance with the tender dossier.
All other terms and conditions of the tender procedure remain unchanged.
This notice forms an integral part of the tender documentation and applies equally to all interested tenderers.
