WB6 Chamber Investment Forum presents a new policy paper titled “Turning Waste into Value – Industrial Symbiosis as a Driver for Competitiveness and EU Alignment in the Western Balkans.”

The document highlights how industrial symbiosis can support the green transition, enhance regional competitiveness, and accelerate alignment with EU policies by transforming waste, by-products and secondary raw materials into economic value.

The policy paper offers concrete recommendations, a regional roadmap and practical examples to support the development of a coordinated industrial symbiosis system across the Western Balkans.
