WB6 CIF Training on Change Management and Business Adaptability Successfully Delivered in Pristina

The WB6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF), in cooperation with OEK – Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (KCC), successfully delivered the second training under the project “EU Support to the WB6 CIF for the Development of a Common Regional Market.”

The training, titled “Change Management, Adaptability, Supervision, Decision-Making, and Organization in the Regional and International Market,” brought together over 30 companies from various sectors.

Strengthening Business Capacities for Regional and International Markets

The training focused on enhancing key competencies required for businesses to operate effectively in an increasingly dynamic environment. Participants explored practical approaches to:

  • decision-making in complex business environments
