Call for Applications: Join the WB6 CIF Delegation at Global Food Expo 2026
Global Food Expo 2026 | Warsaw, Poland | 17–19 November 2026
The WB6 Chamber Investment Forum (WB6 CIF) invites small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the Western Balkans to apply for participation in a joint regional delegation at the Global Food Expo 2026, taking place in Warsaw, Poland from 17 to 19 November 2026.
Through the project “EU support to the WB6 CIF for the Development of a Common Regional Market,” a total of 30 companies will be selected to participate and present their products at a joint WB6 CIF stand.
About Global Food Expo
The Global Food Expo is a rapidly growing international fair in the food and agri-food industry, designed as a platform that connects the entire value chain — from production to distribution and the HoReCa sector.
The previous edition gathered over 240 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and attracted over 10,000 visitors, making it an excellent opportunity for companies to:
- showcase their products to international audiences
- explore new export opportunities
- strengthen existing partnerships
- establish new business connections across Poland, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Western Balkans
What Selected Companies Will Receive
Companies selected for participation will benefit from a comprehensive support package, including:
- Exhibition space at the WB6 CIF joint stand, including branding visibility.
- Opportunity to present products and services during the fair.
- Participation in networking events with regional and international partners.
- Hotel accommodation (4 nights) for one company representative.
- Promotion and visibility, including a joint e-catalogue and tailored promotional campaign.
Please note: Companies are responsible for organizing their own travel and transport of products/exhibits.
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be legally registered SMEs in one of the six Western Balkans economies: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, or Serbia.
- Operate in food production and/or processing.
- Delegate an English-speaking representative to attend the fair.
Companies will be selected based on:
- The total value of agri-food exports achieved over the past three years
- The number of export markets

Selected companies are expected to confirm their participation by organizing their own travel arrangements, ensuring commitment to attend the event.
