
Sales, Negotiation and Customer Care Training Held in Pristina

On 27 March 2026, a professional training on “Sales, Negotiation and Customer Care in the International Market (CRM / Regional Market)” was successfully held in Pristina.
The training was organized by the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, with the support of WB6 CIF and the European Commission, and brought together representatives from 36 companies across different sectors and municipalities in Kosovo. This demonstrated a strong commitment to building capacities for regional and international market engagement.
Throughout the training, participants engaged in practical sessions covering:
- Strategic sales planning
- Client needs analysis
- Advanced negotiation techniques
- Effective objection handling
- Improving communication and time management skills
The program was delivered through an interactive methodology, including practical exercises, simulations, and real business case scenarios, ensuring that participants could directly apply the knowledge gained in their businesses.
